Sandra Randle
Dr Sandra Randle is an anthropologist, writer and entrepreneur. She was most recently senior academic at the University of Bristol and has published on topics of stigma, social exclusion, disability and institutionalisation. She is passionate about the arts as a bedrock of community, positivity and well being and about the potential to build community through the arts. She is currently working on a book examining organisations that work for social change. She lives and works in Painswick where she also keeps a herd of gorgeous alpacas!

Madeleine Bunting
Madeleine Bunting is the author of several acclaimed works of non-fiction, including Labours of Love, A Crisis of Care which was shortlisted for the Orwell prize and Love of Country, A Hebridean Journey, which was shortlisted for the Wainright prize. Her most recent work is The Seaside, England's Love Affair. She is author of two novels and is a visiting professor at the London School of Economics. She was a journalist at The Guardian for 25 years. She now lives in Painswick and keeps a large vegetable garden!

Anne-Marie Randall
Anne-Marie Randall is a freelance photographer based in Painswick. After studying photography she moved to California and worked for Dennis Anderson one of the top ten hospitality photographers in the USA. She opened a family photo studio in Marin County and created Photogem an online photo jewellery website where she creates bespoke pieces of photo jewellery for her clients. Now relocated back to the Uk and loving life in the Cotswolds!

Roger Mortlock
Roger is the chief executive of the CPRE, The Countryside Charity. Previously head of Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust, he developed the UK's first green infrastructure benchmark and led on several national agricultural policy projects. Previously Roger was Deputy Director of the Soil Association and Director of Communications with the Royal Shakespeare Company.

Phillip Rush
Philip Rush an acclaimed poet, lives in Stroud in Gloucestershire. ‘Big Purple Garden Paintings’ was short-listed for the Aldeburgh First Collection Prize; subsequent booklets include ‘Punk’, ‘Steep Paths and the Smell of Guitars’ and ‘Light Wood Dark’. In recent years he has run Yew Tree Press of Stroud which has published pamphlets from local and not-so-local poets.
